Detox Raw Cabbage Lime Salad

  • 1 head of organic cabbage, chopped in thin strips
  • 4 organic limes (juiced)
  • Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil to taste
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Once you’ve peeled the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut in half, then in quarters. Take each quarter and chop into fine strips.

In a bowl combine cabbage with lime juice. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it together really well. Set aside for 15 minutes. Chill in fridge and serve!

This salad is low in calories, and has a good amount of fiber. You can snack on this with or between meals to detoxify your system and help eliminate unwanted fat and fluids.
